Things you may not know (or care to
know) about Laura:

As a musical theatre
performer, Laura played Sally Bowles in Cabaret, Fanny Brice in Funny
Girl, Mabel in Pirates of Penzance and Audrey in Little Shop of
Horrors, among others. She was yelled at by Cy Coleman (composer of
Sweet Charity, City of Angels) for re-phrasing his music.

Laura lived in Venezuela as
a child and still speaks Spanish fluently.

Laura met her husband at
their mutual friend's wedding. It was love at first sight.

Laura studied
Communications at Boston University where she also studied film &
broadcasting, Chinese and French. She was the only non-Asian-American in her
Chinese class.

While live on stage in
London, Laura coached a prostitute on how to grow her business, where it is a
legal form of enterprise. (It took a while to realize the woman was NOT
joking.) |

At home, Laura is known for
occasionally having a 'Martha moment' (as in Martha Stewart) whipping up a
beautifully presented dish or leading her kids in a craft project. It is pure
fun and relaxes her. |

Laura never made
cheerleading. |
